Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every Undertow piece is made to order.

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production partner for printing, packing, and shipment. Because each item is created specifically for you, processing typically takes 3-7 business days before shipping.

During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete:

• Canada: 3-10 business days

• United States: 3-10 business days

• International: 7-30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions or seasonal shipping volume.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information whenever available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment notification.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Because products may be produced at different facilities, items purchased in the same order can occasionally ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Undertow cannot be responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Undertow cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs agencies, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
